Transparency International, the leading civil society organisation fighting corruption worldwide, will release its 20th annual Corruption Perceptions Index on Wednesday, 3 December 2014 at 5 am Berlin time (4 am GMT).
This year’s index ranks 175 countries/territories by their perceived levels of public sector corruption. The index draws on 12 surveys covering expert assessments and views of businesspeople. The Corruption Perceptions Index is the leading global indicator of public sector corruption, offering a yearly snapshot of the relative degree of corruption by ranking countries from all over the globe.
